This fast-paced informational video uses hyperlapse (most people refer to it as time-lapse), quickly showing the entrance to the park, and passing fishermen and families with their tents, so they can fish all night.

There's views of the uninhabited island of Kaho'olawe in the distance and the dormant volcano Haleakala. Gentle waves roll upon the sandy beach at low tide, and Ma'alaea Harbor is just beyond the condominiums fronting this beach. The gimbaled video camera travels the length of the beach, while the viewer listens to the sound of the easy surf gently pounds the wet sand.

There's a small parking lot, a small porta potty and a shower. It's a little-known beach for visitors used mostly used by the occupants of the condominiums here at Ma'alaea.
